We had a healthy breakfast and then ran errands.

Had a healthy lunch

We actually had a successful day getting shit done.

Soon it was "Happy Hour"

Some people we met in The St Albert campground,Jim and Debby,stopped by,then the Fisher's stopped by and the next thing you know we have blown our WW points for the day.

Oh well you can't win them all.
